We do realize some parts of these terms are repeated in different areas. We feel this was needed to be clear in all areas.

Only members from the following countries will be accepted and only those members who read and understand English!!

Some members are ads only, if accepted into the program with owners permission only!
Permission to join if your country is not listed must be granted prior to joining by using the contact page!

Responsibility of Affiliates:

It is your responsibility to be an active member, if you don't receive mails you must log into your account and set it to onsite.
We can not control the ip servers who bounce your mails.
Accounts with more than 5 times of bouncing mails will be set to onsite. If mails continue to bounce then your account will be deleted.

By signing up and actively using the Little Country Place program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Little Country Place may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with Little Country Place . If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Little Country Place program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

We reserve the right to refuse and/or delete ANY account we feel necessary. We do NOT take deletion of accounts lightly. We will NOT tolerate cheating of ANY kind nor will we tolerate vulgar language, threatening, abusive or harassing emails or abusive, threatening or harassing posts at public forums. If you see fit to send us nasty emails or cheat - your account will be deleted and you will be banned from this site permanently. The use of Click Software is considered a violation of these terms and will result in the member forfeiting their account and all earnings and referrals. The use of click software will be considered fraudulent activity.

Any part of this site including emails and admin messages may not be reprinted in any place (forums, blogs, or any other site) without permission of the the owner of this site. Anyone doing this will be in violation of the terms and will be deleted without notice. all earnings, upgrades and downlines will be lost and member will be banned from the site.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

Only members from the following countries may join:

We will not accept as members those having known to be cheaters, bots or scammers of any type. This will include former owners who have been proven to have scammed/pulled a runner and not paid members of a site they had owned.

Anyone joining MUST read and understand English. Tests will be given and if you fail it you will be deleted and all earnings and downlines will be lost and you will not be reinstated.

You MUST remain an active (free) member, meaning you must sign in and click at least 15 links every 14 days or you will be deleted and you will not be reinstated. Paid upgrading WILL NOT preclude you from being deleted for inactivity. However, paid upgraded members will not be considered inactive until 45 days. If you have not signed in to your account within the last 45 days, we will assume you no longer wish to be a member here and purge your account, resulting in the loss of all downline members, earnings and benefits in that account at that time.

You may only set your account on vacation for a maximum of 30 days, unless you have contacted the webmaster PRIOR to setting vacation. Any accounts that have been set on vacation for more than 1 month (30 days) will be subject to the rules of inactivity stated above and will be deleted if inactive.
You must be active within 5 days of the vacation period ending.
You must also go to your account and remove the vacation dates. Otherwise the site sees you as still on vacation. Please note paid mails will not resume being saent to you until you log in and click links.


Cheating/Cheaters:

Any use of any type of clickware/cheat bots/blind clicker will not be tolerated in any form!!

You MUST be able to read English to participate in our program. "English Tests" are sent out to all members. Failure of three (3) English Tests will result in account deletion. ALL advertisements shall be written in English for English language sites only. No other languages will be accepted.
15 or more failed turing number clicks will also be cause for being deleted.

If you click the "I Don't Speak English" or "I Cheat" or "Take My Money" boxes in the Interests section, your account WILL be DELETED. So take time to make sure you do not click any bad keywords. If any "bad" keywords are checked you will be deleted without fail and without notice.


Account Information

All user information must be completely filled in and must be accurate, no abbreviations of names will be allowed..ie..if your name is Jane Smith, then put Jane Smith not J. S.! All payment information must be correct and filled in..if you do not have a Paypal account then don't sign up unless you want redepmptions only as your payment option. No exceptions to this! Your account is subject to cancellation without complete information.

Any false information or incomplete information and non proper keywords checked or those required not checked will result in termination!!

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account. You may not share payout accounts with another individual that has an existing account.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link. Use of "SQUID" is prohibited. If your IP registers as "SQUID" your account may be deleted. Proxies are not allowed for anyone searching. Aol users are considered proxy users and may not search. No exceptions. We will no longer accept any proxy user of any kind or from any isp.
If we send a personal mail to your account mail address you have used and it either bounces or you do not reply with in five days, your account will be suspended. If you do not mail within another 5 days of the suspension, we will consider you have entered an invaild email address and your account will be terminated and all downlines and earnings will be lost.

When asked to reply to messages sent in an admin and you either choose to ignore to answer said admin or not reply to admin message, your account will be suspended for 5 days and if no response after that date the account will be terminated and all downlines and earnings lost.

If an admin message is sent to the entire affiliateship and you choose a wrong answer, such as Delete me or I could care less, or choose multiple answers (unless multiple answers are indicated) your account will be deleted and not be reinstated. This is considered failing a reading test.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Little Country Place account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Little Country Place be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You may not sell your account or your downline. If we find that a downline has been sold, we will disassemble the downline and remove the buyer and seller from our program.

If you sign up to any piad to sign-up offers and do not include the required information, your request to be paid for that sign-up will be denied.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up Little Country Place . You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Little Country Place. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Little Country Place, limited to no more than (100) per day.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Little Country Place, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full, those returned as non deliverable or no such address. In the cases of a full mailbox, you will be set to both mail and onsite, if mails continue to bounce your account will be terminated and all earnings, downlines and upgrades lost. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.


Relationship of the Parties:

You and Little Country Place are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Little Country Place. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Little Country Place. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program. We reserve the right to refuse any member we deem not suitable for this program regardless of their country.


Limitation of Liability:

Little Country Place will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Little Country Place program, even if Little Country Place has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Little Country Place aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. We do not endorse any advertisements and you are urged to join or become a part of advertised sites at your own discretion. Use your own good judgement and common sense when joining any program and you should be sure to read any and all terms of any site before you join.


Payments:

Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Little Country Place. You MUST have a valid Paypal account. Your payment id must match the name on the account you registered with..ie..your name is Jane Smith, the Paypal account must be in the name of Jane Smith. Any exceptions to this must be made known to Little Country Place or your account will be terminated. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the Little Country Place program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Little Country Place.

Little Country Place will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate ($8.00 for free members; payouts being less for upgraded members)). Once the member has reached payout, they must request payment. Free members MUST have $3.60 in PERSONAL EARNINGS (no downline earnings, prizes, ptp, etc.) in order to be paid. Upgraded members must have $.50 in PERSONAL EARNINGS (no downline earnings, prizes, ptp, etc.) in order to be paid. This requirement applies to EVERY payout request, NOT just the first. In addition, since this is a paid to read site, you must have at least 40% of your earnings in paid to read emails. This is $3.60 in paid email earnings. You MUST have this to request payout if you are a free member.
And applying to all members you must have all correct keywords checked and no "bad" keywords checked. No cheat links clicks within 30 days.
Any one on vacation will not be paid, you must be active to be paid. You must remove vacation dates from your account as well. No exceptions!!
Members will be limited to a maximum of $8.00 per payout in an effort to reduce the number of members who "save up" for payout. This puts a strain on our funds and allows us to pay fewer members each time. Everyone may request payout once per 30 day period. Payments will be made within 90 days or a reasonable time after. Please note just because you have requested payout, do not become inactive waiting to be paid. If you do not log in and click links you will be considered inactive and deleted.

IMPORTANT!!
To request payouts, please mail management through the contact page, with your user name and payment information. Your account will then be verified and earnings verified and you will be placed in order of payouts requested and informed as to approximate time you will receive your payout. You MUST have a valid Paypal account to be paid. If this is found to be not already set up and in place your payout will be canceled and your account may be deleted. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Your payment id must match the name on the account you registered with..ie..your name is Jane Smith, the Paypal account must be in the name of Jane Smith. For any reason should the payment id be different you must have prior approval from Little Country Place management staff.
Please also take note we mail you to let you know we have your payout request, if your mails bounce and you don't get the mail from us, there is nothing we can do about that..you must use some address that does receive mails from the site!!

Please also note do not keep mailing and asking about a payout if it is within the terms of the site, you will be moved to the end of the que each time you mail again and if it is 3 times or more on the same request you will be deleted!!!


Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with Little Country Place and may result in legal prosecution. Little Country Place strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Little Country Place will charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Little Country Place will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.


Advertising:

Little Country Place does not accept advertising for Drug related, Tobacco products, Adult, Illegal, Gambling, MLM, Ponzi, get rich quick schemes, HYIP, Randomizers, sites that promote or encourage racism or "hate", or Non-English language sites. We reserve the right to refuse to advertise sites that are clearly unsustainable as shown by their site information as well as advertise sites with webmasters who have clearly used unethical business practices. We have a list of banned sites.

Any Member/Advertiser who purchases and/or redeems for an ad for any non-allowed advertisement - will forfeit the amount of redemption or payment. We do NOT issue refunds.
All links and banners sent must be working correctly and banner images must work correctly. If your banner image does not work, the advertisement may be rejected or a generic banner used, in any case a refund will not be issued. A rejection notice may be sent at the managements discretion. This applies to submitted upgrade ads and redemptions as well as purchased advertising.
Once in awhile a ad may be sent for the wrong amounts, errors do occur. These "wrong" ads will be rolled back and the amounts deducted from your account. Then a new advertisement will be issued with the correct amount.
Points are used for redemptions only.


Cheating:

If you are caught using ANY kind of "cheating" software; ie., mass sign-up software or link grabbing software, YOU WILL BE DELETED!!
If you click 3 or more Cheat Links or Cheat Banners, your account WILL be DELETED and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals and not be reinstated and banned and blocked from joining in the furutre. . Our Cheat Links are ALL clearly marked and there is NO excuse for clicking on more than three. If your account is deleted for clicking more than 3 Cheat Links or Cheat Banners; DO NOT ask me to give you another chance! You had at least 3 and you abused the chance and our advertisers by not paying attention to what you were clicking.
If you Search from a disallowed Country, your account WILL be DELETED and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals. Only members from the following countries may perform searches: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
If your account is deleted for cheating, do NOT re-join. Your new account will be deleted.
We are an honest and paying site and will NOT tolerate cheating. Nor will we tolerate threats by former members who have been deleted for cheating. We NEVER delete ANY member for no reason and it is absolutely ridiculous to make such an accusation.
